Anna Paquin
Born on the 24th of July 1982, in Winnipeg Canada, to Brian Paquin a high school Physics teacher and Mary Paquin an English teacher. She moved to New Zealand when she was four and only moved to America after her parents divorce. She started to make her mark on the big screen when her sister went to audition for the film ‘The Piano’ to which she also wanted to come. Her role in the film landed her the title, ‘Second Youngest Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress’ at age 11 in a film that was not supposed to make it big due to it’s independent nature. Her next big roles was in the X-Men Trilogy where she played ‘Rogue’, the power leeching mutant who absorbs the abilities of people who touch her leaving her lonely and without relationships.
