Kiera Knightley
Kiera was born on the 26th of March in 1985 in London, England to Sharman Mcdonald and Will Knightley both of whom were also in the film business. Her mother was an actress of Irish decent and her father was a television and theater start. She rose into stardom when she was cast as “Queen Amidala’s” decoy, Sabe in the 1999 science fiction film, Star Wars 1 – The Phantom Menace. Her likeness to Natalie Portman was so much that their mothers had a difficult time telling them apart when they were in make-up. Her next starring role was in Disney’s Princess of Thieves where she played the daughter of the famed Robin Hood. Her breakthrough role was in 2002 in the film Bend it Like Beckham followed by the “Pirates of the Caribbean’s” three films. She currently lives in London where she still avidly loves English football.
